This role will strengthen our capability across Microsoft 365 services (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive). You’ll partner closely with the business to improve how work gets done through thoughtful design, strong governance, and practical, user-centred solutions. As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience (EX) by helping our people work smarter, collaborate seamlessly, and get the most from our digital tools. You’ll support stakeholders end-to-end — from understanding business needs through to configuration, rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimisation —ensuring our digital workplace tools are effective, sustainable, and well-used by our ~2,000 users. What will your key responsibilities include? Support and enhance Microsoft 365 services, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot, Teams and OneDrive Transform legacy file shares and manual processes into modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 based workflow solutions Partner with business areas to understand how work is done and identify opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration Configure, support and optimise digital workplace platforms in line with organisational standards and governance Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 related issues across identity, access, permissions, sync and collaboration features Actively participate in migrations, platform enhancements and change initiatives, always considering the employee experience Support adoption and change by contributing to clear, simple user guides, tips and communication materials Balance hands on configuration work with advisory, enablement and continuous improvement activities Work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and contribute positively to a collaborative Digital Workplace team What are we looking for? A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for improving the way people work Strong hands on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Copilot, including configuration, use cases and governance Demonstrated experience transforming business processes and workflows using Microsoft 365 Experience planning and delivering SharePoint or file server migrations Solid experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID Good understanding of permissions, information architecture, governance and lifecycle management Experience supporting Microsoft security and compliance capabilities such as Purview and Defender Confidence troubleshooting complex, end to end Microsoft 365 issues in an enterprise environment Experience providing application support and working directly with users and stakeholders Ability to support hybrid environments and integrations during transition or modernisation programs Comfortable learning new platforms and working across a broad technology landscape Why join us?
